本利用規約は、Maltka Jewelry（以下「当店」）が提供するオンラインストアのご利用条件を定めるものです。

商品について 当店の商品はすべてハンドメイドの一点ものです。写真と実物の色・質感に若干の差異が生じる場合があります。

注文・キャンセル 商品は受注生産のため、ご注文確定後のキャンセル・変更はお受けできません。

知的財産 当店のすべてのデザイン・画像・コンテンツの著作権はMaltka Jewelryに帰属します。

準拠法 本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maltka Jewelry online store.

Products All pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color and texture from product photos may occur.

Orders & Cancellations As all pieces are made to order, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted once an order is placed.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content are the exclusive property of Maltka Jewelry.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
